Chevron Approves inOvationTV ™ Media Platform for Its Video-at-the-Pump
Program

AUSTIN, TEXAS—March 29, 2012—Wayne, A GE Energy (NYSE: GE) Business and global innovator of fuel dispensers and technologies, along with Gas Station TV (GSTV), the largest national away-fromhome television network at the pump has announced that Chevron has approved the new inOvationTV ™ media platform for its Video-at-the-Pump program. Wayne and GSTV will make available the inOvationTV platform to up to 1,000 qualifying Texaco- and Chevron-branded retail fuel locations throughout the United States.

inOvationTV enables fuel retailers to inform and entertain motorists at the pump with programming that includes ESPN sports, HLN news and entertainment, Bloomberg TV business and financial updates, AccuWeather local weather reports, on-site promotions and original programming that also includes C-store promotions. This technology platform allows Chevron- and Texaco-branded retailers, without upgrade costs, to differentiate their sites and provide customers a superior fueling experience.

Chevron’s Video-at-the-Pump program featuring inOvationTV is available immediately to selected retailers and can be installed via retrofit to existing Wayne Ovation™ fuel dispensers, or can be included with new Ovation dispenser purchases. The inOvationTV platform is built on Wayne’s iX™ Media platform with integrated 10.4” VGA displays. The program includes system installation and maintenance and six years of technical support and delivers GSTV dynamic programming, featuring ESPN sports, AccuWeather forecasts, Bloomberg Business News and GSTV’s original social media television show, “Your Neighborhood.” In addition, retailers have the opportunity to work with GSTV on a regular basis to develop customized promotions just for their sites, which become part of the featured content.

“This groundbreaking effort gives Chevron- and Texaco-branded fuel retailers the ability to deliver a better overall customer experience and showcases both the Wayne Ovation dispenser and the Wayne iX Media Platform as well,” said Brett Walls, Wayne global account manager. “Wayne's leadership in dispenser technology and expertise, combined with the exclusive content GSTV delivers has a lot going for it. Together, we’re enabling these retailers to provide a more entertaining and informative fueling experience for their customers—and that can readily translate into increased customer loyalty.”

“We are pleased that Chevron has approved the inOvationTV platform for Video at the Pump,” said Gas Station TV CEO David Leider. “Together with Wayne, our offering helps Chevron- and Texacobranded retailers improve the fueling experience of their customers and boost revenues.”

Chevron retailer Dan Dawson of Austin, Texas, describes inOvationTV as a critical, unique medium to help expand his business. “Wayne made the install seamless, and GTSV helps me with my custom promotions,” Dawson said. “It’s ready right away and at no cost to me.”
