Malmö, Sweden (5th May 2008) – Dresser Wayne announced that it has signed a three year contract with Italian fuel retailer ENI to provide supplies, installation and service of the site managements system, EuroSinp, to service stations operating under the AGIP brand.

“We are pleased to expand our strong partnership with ENI further with this agreement” says Mirko Spagnolatti, European Product Manager for Systems in Dresser Wayne. “With the new agreement we move the systems standardization in Europe to the next level, by introducing a common forecourt controller, the Nucleus Forecourt server, and a standard retail hardened hardware platform from IBM. To ensure maximum reliability and security EuroSinp is continuously updated with the forefront of technology from Microsoft Windows Embedded for Point of Sale operating system (WEPOS), Microsoft SQL Server 2005, and new software features developed with the latest Microsoft .NET technologies”.

As part of the agreement, Dresser Wayne will provide stations operating under the Agip brand with the Eurosinp site management solution. This solution allows for management of the entire site, from point of sale to head office interface. Regardless of the size of the site Eurosinp is engineered to maximize uptime and improve efficiency.
