Dresser Wayne Ties In-Store Marketing To Fuel Dispenser Promotions With Launch Of C-Store Media
MALMÖ, SWEDEN (July 24, 2007) - Furthering its technology leadership, Dresser Wayne EMEA offers fuel retailers more sophisticated, revenue-generating resources with today’s launch of C-Store Media™. The multimedia merchandising system developed by digital content leader EK3® Technologies Inc. links in-store video and audio promotions with marketing messages at fuel dispensers. The result is higher margin in-store sales, improved brand awareness and increased customer satisfaction. C-Store Media is a complimentary technology to Dresser Wayne’s iX Media™ fuel dispenser-integrated digital merchandising tool that will be released later this year. iX Media will help bring customers from pay-at-the-pump islands into stores.
C-Store Media uses advanced technology to support dynamic in-store video displays that capture customers’ attention and engage them on an emotional level to encourage purchases. Additionally, C-Store Media integrates with Dresser Wayne’s iX Technology™ Platform that uses the Microsoft® Windows® CE operating system so it is interoperable with any POS system.
